Creating wedding checklist as early as possible

When planning a wedding, there are tons of activities or ideas that you need to consider. For those of you that do not hire a wedding organizer, then you need to be as organize as possible to reduce stress and avoid unexpected costs.

You can start by doing a simple wedding checklist. If you are computer literate, you can make a spreadsheet in excel with simple columns of: Number, Activities, Status, Price, and Note.
- Number is only a sequence number.
- Activities are for the activities or steps that you need to accomplish before for wedding day.
- Status. Whether pending, done, or canceled.
- Price. Actual price or estimated budget that you would like to spend for selected activity.
- Note. This is just additional note for you activities. For example: if the activity is finding a wedding venue, you can put phone numbers or websites of several vendors for consideration.

If you are not a computer literate, you can put the them in the paper. You will be surprised that this simple wedding checklist could help you a lot to reduce the stress and work within your wedding budget.

Planning a Pre-Wedding Shots

Pre-wedding pictures have been proven to reduce the overall cost of your wedding cost. Why? You can read the related article about pre-wedding pictures.

But you need to plan it well as because the price of pre-wedding shots have been increasing nowadays because its popularity. First of all, you need to know the theme of your pre-wedding photos. If you are still not sure, try to googling for some samples and you will find what you like.

Secondly, try to understand what is your pre-wedding for? Is it for an image in your invitation only? Or is it also for the decoration that you will put in the entrance? Or for the slides that you will play during the reception. These kinds of pre-wedding purposes will let you decide on the pre-wedding package that the vendors offer.

Thirdly, once you know all of those, find several vendors that offer pre-wedding package. Googling the vendors if you do not have one. Typically, there are two types of professional photographer for pre-wedding package.
Part-time photographer. These pro photographers are people with hobby of photography. They are often charge less and they enjoy the work. However, they would not be able to offer a package with printing in canvas size or magazine styles. They would let you do this part.
Full-time photographer vendors. They have their own studi and printing services. They could offer you with printing package as well.
Nevertheless who you choose, it is best if they master the editing work as well. You can see their samples and notice that some pre-wedding pictures are great because they do some editing work in computers.

Compare the overall cost based on what you need. For example, if you want to put canvas pre-wedding picture in the reception, then you need to add the cost if you choose a part-time photographer. Compare as well the quality of their work. Hope that you can decide easily. Have a spectacular pre-wedding shots.
